1- Language of flowers
You will need:
2 oz. blackberry syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
4 mint leaves
Splash of soda water
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: 2 skewered blackberries & mint sprigs
Dry shake all the ingredients except for soda water and double strain into glass with crushed ice. Now top it with splash of soda water and garnish.
2) Root highball
You will need:
0.5 oz. beet shrub
0.25 oz. ginger syrup
1 oz. orange juice
0.5 oz. lemon juice
Ginger Beer
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Cilantro or carrot fronds
Ingredients: Mix first four ingredients. Pour into ice-filled glass. Top with ginger beer and garnishes.
3) Bramble
You will need:
1-part white distilled vinegar
1-part white sugar
1-part water
1-part apples
1-part pears
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Lemon twist
Ingredients: Boil all ingredients and let simmer for 3 hours. Puree and strain into glass with ice. Top it with a splash of soda water to taste. Garnish well.

You will need:
0.5 oz. grenadine
0.5 oz. lemon juice
0.75 oz. Jack Rudy Tonic syrup
Soda water
Glass: Pint or Collins
Garnish: Lemon wheel
Ingredients: Shake all ingredients and strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish.
5) Strawberry Shrub Lemonade
You will need:
2 oz. strawberry shrub
2 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
Glass: Pilsner
Garnish: Mint sprig
Ingredients: Shake all ingredients and add to glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish.
6) Hibiscus Tea & Lemonade
You will need:
1-part hibiscus tea
1-part lemonade
Glass: Pint or Collins
Garnish: Lemon wheel
Ingredients: Pour equal portions of hibiscus tea and lemonade into ice-filled glass. Garnish well.
